56 Meeting on Nuclear Spectroscopy and Nuclear Structure " Features of Nuclear Excitation States and Mechanisms of Nuclear Reactions" will be held on September 3-8, 2006 in Sarov, a town located at the territory of Mordvinian reserve, 180 km from the regional center - Nizhny Novgorod.
Sarov is a Russian center uniting two unique places. First of them is a monastery, far-famed in the former days - Sarov hermitage, and the second is a modern center of the Russian science - Russian Federal Nuclear Center - All-Russia Scientific-Research Institute of Experimental Physics. Sarov hermitage gave us Seraphim Sarovsky, a Russian just. RFNC-VNIIEF can be proud of its successes in Nuclear Physics as well as of its high scientific potential.
The International Meeting is to provide a forum for scientific exchange in the areas as follows:
To take part in the Meeting one needs to fill the Application Form and submit it to the Organizing Committee before January 20, 2006. The report theses should be enclosed.
The report theses should be submitted as an electronic attachment in Microsoft Word 6/95 or 97 format, font Times New Roman Cyr for Russian text and Times New Roman for English text, 12 pt. The theses volume should not exceed one page of À4 (210õ297) with margins: top and bottom - 25 mm, left - 30 mm, right - 15 mm). The second page is permitted only with large original table material involved. The theses title should be printed with capitals without underlining, the authors' names should be written in a separate line with lower-case letters (initials prior to last name). After the names in a separate line the names of institutions, where the authors work, should be written in lower-case italics. The word "References" is not to be printed.
In a separate page in English the theses title, authors' names and institution name are to be printed together with the abstract (170õ50). Upon reviewing theses of the reports the Organizing Committee will arrange the Meeting Agenda and will send it to the authors. Collected report theses will be published by the beginning of the conference.
Working languages of the Conference are English and Russian. The reports are supposed to be translated into the Conference working languages.
